The busiest teen in pop music is currently rehearsing for his Believe Tour and some TV appearances, but Justin Bieber still finds time to get inked.
Today, the Biebs tweeted a photo of new tattoo near his right clavicle.
While he is scheduled to be at this week's MTV Video Music Awards, Bieber won't be performing. Although the teen said he was ready to do so at the drop of a dime.
"i would perform. always ready. #vmas ##votebieber," he tweeted earlier this week.
