National Cheesecake Day also marks the debut of a new flavor to The Cheesecake Factory's lineup: the OREO Dream Extreme Cheesecake! The OREO Dream Extreme Cheesecake has a layer of vanilla cheesecake stuffed with OREO cookies, layers of fudge cake and OREO cookie mousse, and the creation is topped off with milk chocolate icing and a gigantic OREO cookie wafer.
