Brian Williams 'Girls'
HBO's sex-soaked Girls requires many an actor to do his or her thesping in various states of undress and in many a compromising position. That includes Allison Williams, whose dad is the august NBC newsman Brian Williams. So is he creeped out by her scenes?
"No, no. It's kvelling, pride," Brian tells New York Magazine's Vulture.com site. "It's incredibly great. Her cocreator and I have known always that she was going to be an actress. So it's fantastic."
But dude, what about the sex scenes? "Unmitigated joy." OK, then.
Brooke Burke's body
Flirty Dancing With the Stars cohost Brooke Burke-Charvet says cosmetic surgery isn't the answer to beauty. "Posture has a lot to do with it -- keeping your core engaged, whether you're sitting, driving, or working," the mother of four tells Prevention mag. But Brooke also has some bionic parts (breasts) that she says need readjustment. "When you've breast-fed four children, things kind of change," she says. "I went through a phase where I wanted to have smaller breasts. ... It's easier in dresses and gowns." Reading Brooke's chat enriched my day.
