Justin Bieber -- today he is a man. To help him celebrate his 18th birthday, there's a move afoot to give him a Guinness World Record for his birthday.

The agency has launched, a platform where fans can tweet or post the official message and then send their own personal birthday messages to help give Justin a very special present that only they can give: a Guinness World Record.

The site has now gone live and is urging fans worldwide to join forces to break a Guinness World Record within the next 24 hours for 'Most Social Media Messages Within 24 Hours' by tweeting or posting to Facebook the official message: "Please RT: Setting a world record for @justinbieber! #leggo" (target of 209, 772 to break the existing record).

As Richard Lent, CEO/founder of AgencyNet notes, "Justin has always been all about his fans, and there's no question his 18th birthday is a landmark occasion. What better way to let his fans celebrate with him than to actually give him a World Record? This initiative is all about empowering his fans to continue being a part of the Justin Bieber story. With a firm grasp of the 'new' consumer and 'new' channels, we realized that we could tap into the cultural zeitgeist and do something truly collaborative and powerful."

The site features a real-time counter showing progress towards the world record, as well as a countdown clock to midnight (accurate across all global time zones).

The site will reward Justin Bieber fans for participating with exclusive badges unlocked by their involvement (custom Facebook cover photo, custom Facebook achievement and custom graphic badge download), designed to create an additional social sharing ripple beyond the site experience itself.

To participate in the Guinness World Records attempt, head to now to send out the official message for Justin and follow the prompts. Please note the record attempt will take place for 24 hours between midnight ET to 11.59 p.m. ET on March 1.
