The song "All of the Lights" has been nominated for three Grammy Awards--Best Rap Song, Best Rap/Sung Collaboration, and most notably for Song Of The Year.

The song is off of West's fifth studio album, "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy" released in 2010.

The song's writers are West, Fergie, of the Black Eyed Peas, rapper Kid Cudi and Rihanna. The latter two have prominent singing parts in the single, while Fergie, along with Charlie Wilson, John Legend, Tony Williams, Alicia Keys, La Roux, The Dream, Ryan Leslie, Alvin Fields and Ken Lewis--sing the song's hook.

Despite having a warning that it could trigger seisures in people with photosensitive epilepsy, the video has more than 60 million views. It was directed by Hype Williams.

Williams has directed videos for TuPac Shakur, Aaliyah, Christina Aguilera, Coldplay and Nicki Minaj, among many other artists. The "All of the Lights" video premiered on Feb. 19, 2011. He is being nominated for Video Director of the Year at the BET Awards of 2011.

And a big and pleasant suprise to note, Elton John supplies his piano skills for the single.
