(NASDAQ: GPRC), China's leading clean tech manufacturer of recycled low density polyethylene (LDPE), today reported the Company has been notified by the Nasdaq Stock Market ("Nasdaq") that Nasdaq has determined that for the last 10 consecutive business days, from December 5, 2012, through December 18, 2012, the closing bid price of the Company's common stock has been at $1.00 per share or greater. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq's Minimum Bid Price Rule.
