MARKHAM, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/14/12 -- Leisureworld Senior Care Corporation (TSX: LW) today announced that the Company's dividend for December, 2012 will be $0.075 per share, representing $0.90 per share on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on January 15, 2013 to shareholders of record December 31, 2012.

Leisureworld's dividends are designated as eligible dividends for Canadian tax purposes in accordance with subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada), and any applicable corresponding provincial and territorial provisions.
