MOUNT PEARL, NEWFOUNDLAND -- (Marketwire) -- 12/14/12 -- Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. ("Cornerstone") (TSX VENTURE: CGP) (FRANKFURT: GWN) (BERLIN: GWN) (OTCBB: CTNXF) today announced that it has received formal notification from Intrepid Mines Limited that it is terminating with immediate effect the Call Option Agreement between Cornerstone and Intrepid dated January 4, 2011 for the Shyri gold/copper property in Ecuador. Cornerstone will review its options concerning Shyri and make a further announcement after that review has concluded.
