DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 10/03/12 -- The Ritz-Carlton Club Level® is taking on a special new Texas flavor, as The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas will launch Friday Night Flights in its seventh-floor Club Lounge, beginning October 5, 2012.

The creation of the luxury hotel's award-winning culinary team, Friday Night Flights will allow guests of The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas Club Level to sample a rotating presentation of regional tastes and sips, from homemade Lone Star State salsas using locally-grown chili peppers to collectors' pours from nearby wineries.

The new Friday Night Flights tasting experience will be presented within The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge every Friday from 5:30 to 6 p.m. Flight samplings will rotate on a weekly and seasonal basis, offering newfound selections for frequent and long-term Club Lounge guests. Among the planned Friday night inclusions are:

•Texas Salsas - handmade with local ingredients, served with fresh Texas tortilla chips •Regional Cheeses - presenting little-known delights from nearby creameries •Local Jams and Preserves - featuring a variety of in-season fruits, from peaches to fresh berries •Texas Beers - pours from many of the state's unique breweries •Texas Wines - decants from nearby productions, currently home to nearly 200 state vineyards and wineries

Friday Night Flights enhances an existing Southwest flavor experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas, where a nightly Guacamologist™ creates and serves freshly-blended guacamole and mini-margaritas at 6 p.m. nightly in the hotel lobby.
