And she has even stood up for Aniston during her stand-up shows where she literally calls Angelina Jolie a homewrecker who has no female friends.
But in a new skit shown on ABC, Aniston is trash-talking Handler -- but all in the name of comedy.
Aniston is seen mocking herself in a new clip from Chelsea Handler's "After Lately."
She is introduced to Handler's writing staff and when Handler leaves, Aniston rolls out the insults, including talking about Handler's having bad hygiene.
