Allison+Partners has launched its Hispanic practice, Nuestra
Voz, and hired of Carolina Guana as multicultural market group
account director. In her new role, Guana will support agency clients,
lead the growth of the practice and develop ways to integrate Hispanic
outreach into Allison+Partners' products and services.
"Our commitment to innovation means we're continuously anticipating and
responding to cultural shifts," said Andy Hardie-Brown, co-founder and
COO of Allison+Partners. "Nuestra Voz will give our clients new reach
and complement the agency's international development initiatives."
Guana joins Allison+Partners with over 20 years of experience. A native
of Bogota, Colombia, Guana has lived most of her life in the U.S. She has planned and produced
marketing and internal communications programs for Fortune 500 companies
such as Honeywell, ValueOptions and Blue Cross Blue Shield, among others.
Prior to Allison+Partners, Guana was employed by a Hispanic advertising
and PR firm.
