This is such a heavy lineup that it's going to take two days to absorb.

Mark your calendars for Sept. 23 and 24 in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand for the I Heart Radio Festival.

On July 11, Jennifer Lopez announced on the "Today" show her participation with the I Heart Radio festival as well as the relaunch of the website's concept.

It's essentially a Web-based radio site, very à la Pandora.

Users can listen to more than 750 Clear Channel-owned online radio stations from 150 cities, according to the website.

The new version of the site, now in limited beta, will officially launch in sync with the concert, according to Forbes' tech trade writer Eric Savitz.

Savitz interviewed Bob Pittman, chairman of media and entertainment platforms for Clear Channel, who said the site will include a library of about 10 million songs, or about 10 times the number of songs offered on Pandora.

Pittman also said the service at launch will be commercial-free through the end of the year and that the company has "no plans for a subscription-based version of the site, but instead sees it as an added feature of the existing site."

During his interview with Savitz, Pittman also took a swipe at Pandora, saying it's "very small in the grand scheme of all radio listening."

I Heart Radio also offers full albums streaming online, music singles, exclusive sneak peeks, live performances and music videos, as well as entertainment, sports, national news and photos.

But back to that incredible lineup: Lady Gaga, Coldplay, Steven Tyler, Black Eyed Peas, Kenny Chesney, Alicia Keys, Jennifer Lopez, Carrie Underwood, Jane's Addiction, Nicki Minaj, John Mayer, David Guetta, Rascal Flatts, Bruno Mars, Kelly Clarkson and Sublime With Rome, plus special guest performances by Usher and Sting.
