Lady Gaga still holds the ultimate Twitter account with 17,182,266. Pop sensation Justin Bieber is at 15,599,119, while Katy Perry has 13,056,913 and then Kardashian with 12,019,474. In the fifth spot is another singer, Britney Spears with 11,942,595.
Six through 10? Only one person in that group is not a performer--it's President Barack Obama at No. 7. Six is Shakira, and eight through 10 are Rihanna, Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez, respectively.
