Mariah Carey Will Debut Twins on 20/20 With Barbara Walters

Proud parents Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon will debut their twins--Moroccan Scott and Monroe, aka Roc and Roe--during a Friday episode of 20/20 with Barbara Walters.

The babies are now 6 months old.

According to People.com the Carey and Cannon will share the inside of their Manhattan apartment on Friday's episode.

Carey must be excited to show off her babies, on Oct. 17 she tweeted: "Watch a preview of Mariah & Nick introducing #DemBabies to @BarbaraJWalters on @ABC2020 http://abcnews.go.com/2020/video/2020-friday-mariah-nick-babies-14754968 Show airs Friday, Oct 21 @ 10pm."
