Mr. Alvarado joined APM|MPR in January 2010 and leads strategic development of APM's Public Insight initiatives and develops models for deepening audience engagement, widening digital reach and increasing digital revenue growth across all operating divisions. Prior to this position, Mr. Alvarado worked for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. Mr. Alvarado holds a bachelor's degree in Chicano Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MFA from the UCLA School of Film, Television and Digital Media.
Mr. Garcia is responsible for guiding ESPN Deportes in all areas of operation, including programming, production, affiliate sales and marketing. Prior to joining ESPN, he spent 15 years in the cable and satellite industry where he primarily focused his efforts on marketing to the Hispanic community. Earlier in his career, he held several director-level marketing positions with HBO and was instrumental in the development and launch of HBO en Espanol. In 1998, Mr. Garcia received the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications Award. He also sits on the board of the Hispanic Federation.
Mr. Garibay is a producer, DJ and artist who plays guitar, keyboards, drums and bass, and is a formally trained arranger for string and brass sections and a programmer. Mr. Garibay skipped high school and went straight to college with a scholarship from the University of Southern California at the age of 13 and has been making music since he was 16. Under his belt he has two Grammy nominations, five No. 1 hits and several top 10 Billboard dance records.

Ms. Ioannou is responsible for leading the business and creative development for the company's specialized entertainment brands across multiple platforms. This portfolio includes MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon and their respective properties in Spanish-speaking Latin America, as well as VH1 and Nickelodeon in Brazil. In 2012, she will help launch Comedy Central throughout Latin America. Ms. Ioannou continues to play a role in the company's pro-social initiatives with Agentes de Cambio campaign, which empowers youth to create social change in Hispanic communities.

Mr. Meruelo founded La Pizza Loca in 1986 and expanded it to more than 50 locations. He moved into the entertainment field with the purchase of the Atlanta Hawks basketball team, making him the first Hispanic owner of an NBA team. He widened his entertainment portfolio earlier this year by purchasing KHWY TV, a Spanish-language TV station based in Los Angeles.

Mr. Tillan leads the overall strategy to build a premier entertainment brand to reflect today's more acculturated Hispanic. He oversees all aspects of the business, including the content strategy and development of branded entertainment. Under his leadership Tr3s experienced a total day ratings spike of 25 percent in 2011, while primetime line-up increased by 40 percent. Prior to this position, Mr. Tillan worked at MTV Networks Latin America, responsible for the image of MTV and VH1.
