Kim Kardashian had an emotional moment in the latest episode of "Kourtney and Kim" Take New York over the photographs of her wearing only silver paint in the October 2010 issues W magazine.

"Oh, my God," the CelebriFi website quoted her as saying. "I'm more naked than I was in Playboy. I'm so mad right now."

USA Today reported that Kim Kardashian broke into tears, sobbing to her sisters Khloe Odom and Kourtney Kardashian: "I feel so taken advantage of. I've definitely learned my lesson. I'm never taking my clothes off again, even if it's for Vogue."

Kim Kardashian explained on the show that she would be naked in the photos but fully covered in silver paint. "This artist will put images of architecture and buildings and stuff on top of me so you will see my body shape and the outline but not actually my boobs or anything," she said according to USA Today.

The Hollywood Gossip's Free Britney weighed in with a little commentary on the issue: "While I get that Kim was embarrassed that the 'art' promised to cover her naked body wasn't delivered, I have to wonder is she and the editors were on the same page.

"Wouldn't you want it made crystal clear (and in writing) that you are only going nude for this high-fashion magazine if objects were covering your girly bits?"

In the end, Kim Kardashian was more accepting of the photos by the magazine's release.

USA Today said she told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show, "At the end of the day they are gorgeous photos and I'm glad I did it and I love them, but at the time I was shocked about how they weren't how I thought they would be."
