Court documents say the Hollywood Hills home where actress Brittany Murphy and her husband both died will be auctioned Monday.
TMZ.com said Sunday the 8,000-square-foot home was put on the market unsuccessfully with an asking price of $7.25 million and an unpaid mortgage of more than $4 million.
The "Clueless" star died in 2009. Her husband, Simon Monjack, was found dead in the residence last year, about seven weeks after Murphy's mother had put it up for sale.
Bot Murphy and her husband died of pneumonia combined with anemia, according to the Toronto Sun.
TMZ.com also reported that the house has been thoroughly inspected for mold several times, which could have contributed to the pneumonia, but nothing was ever found.
