Jerry Lews, in a recent interview with 'Inside Edition,' said both Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton need to be smacked in the mouth.
And if that didn't work, the former comedian said he would "put (Lohan) her over my knee and spank her."
He said that he would accompany the smack with the words, "You deserve this and nothing else."
Lewis said young actresses like Lohan and Hilton are crying out for help with their misbehavior, and that what they need is stern discipline, then rehab.
"What she's doing is hurting herself," he said. "And that hurts me. It hurts me for her."
Both Lohan and Hilton have had repeated run-ins with law enforcement recent, along with histories of alleged substance abuse. Lohan was recently discharged from rehab after a brief stint in a Los Angeles jail. Hilton was arrested Wednesday in Las Vegas for cocaine possession.
