Jennifer Morrison to Join Cast of 'How I Met Your Mother'

Hollywood insiders report that Jennifer Morrison will join the cast of 'How I Met Your Mother,' playing the part of Zooey, Ted's new love interest. Her role will begin in the show's upcoming sixth season.

Morrison got her start in entertainment as a child model for JCPenney and Montgomery Ward. Her screen credits include 'Intersection,' where she co-starred with Richard Gere and Sharon Stone, and 'Stir of Echoes,' with Kevin Bacon.

Her television credits include parts in 'Touched by an Angel,' 'Dawson's Creek' and 'House.'
