Actress Jessica Alba is hinting that she may follow in the footsteps of Madonna and Angelina Jolie, saying on "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" that she would like to adopt.
The 28-year-old mother of a 2-year-old daughter named Honor Marie revealed her desire while helping a Texas foster family of 15 rebuild their home.
"If you have the love and the capacity to love children, you should just adopt them," she said on the show.
Alba, the daughter of Danish-descended mother and a Mexican-American father, got her start as a childhood star, with a role on Nickelodeon's "The Secret World of Alex Mack" at age 13. Most recently, she co-starred with Ashton Kutcher in the movie "Valentine's Day."
