Following the reported injuries of 24 children, The Harmony High Chair is being recalled by its parent company, Graco Children's Products.
The recall affects 1.2 million strollers, and comes as a result of an investigation by the US Consumer Public Safety Commission, which found that the chairs are at risk of toppling due to loose screws and crackable plastic on the legs.
On its Web site, Graco says it has "taken significant steps to assess and enhance our internal product design review processes and we are continually committed to developing safe products."
This marks the second major recall for the company since January, when it had to recall 1.5 million strollers, the Christian Science Monitor reports.
