Brittany Murphy, the breakthrough star of 90s classic high school movie "Clueless," had no illegal drugs in her system at the time of her death, according to an autopsy report.
"There is no history of alcohol or drug abuse. ... The body appears well developed, normally muscular and slim but not excessively thin," the report states.
Murphy apparently died from pneumonia and prescription drug intoxication, and her death was been ruled an accident.
According to published report, Murphy was very sick with pneumonia and had iron deficiency and anemia at the time of her death, said chief coroner Ed Winter.
