A scuffle between Mexico's "Queen of Rock" and a camera-wielding fan on a flight to a Pacific coast beach resort over the weekend forced the commercial airliner to return to Mexico City for an emergency landing. Alejandra Guzman was trying to rest after a late-night show when the fan ignored her request not to be photographed, sparking the altercation, her publicist said, according to the Huffington Post. The passenger, whose name was not released, made a "very pushy and reckless attempt" to photograph the 41-year-old Latin Grammy Winner, said Guzman's spokesman, Jose Zepeda, in a statement. The gravelly voiced singer is no stranger to controversy. Her first husband, Farrell Goodman, was convicted for drug trafficking in Germany. Late last year, she sued a doctor for a botched plastic surgery job on her buttocks, which she said she had done to make herself "more beautiful."
