Kara DioGuardi Sings Ellen's Praises --> American Idol's Kara DioGuardi is singing the praises of new host Idol host Ellen DeGeneres, saying that she is a welcome addition to the show.
"She's really funny, she's witty, smart and really knows a lot about music,' DioGuardi said, in an interview with Good Day Utah on FOX 13.
American Idol debut this week to strong ratings. This is the final season with iconic host Simon Cowell.
