Baseball sluggers Manny Ramirez and David Ortiz tested positive for performance enhancing drugs during the 2003 season, according to a New York Times report.
Ramirez, who is now a Los Angeles Dodger, and Ortiz, where key in the Boston Red Sox's two World Series victories this decade.
The Times cites lawyers with knowledge or the rest results. Ramirez and Ortiz would be just the latest in a growing list of baseball players, including Barry Bonds, Sammy Sosa, Mark McGwire and Alex Rodriguez, who have been suspected of using performance enhancement drugs to shatter historic baseball records.
