Anyone curious about whether the King of Pop still had the skills to pay his multi-million-dollar bills can judge for themselves by watching this video of his final rehearsal.
Shot three days before his death on Friday, the video was aired by CNN. Now, according to TVNewser, CNN lawyers are worried about a lawsuit because the video might not have been authorized for release. TVNewser reports that CNN's legal department sent a memo to the staff warning that a lawsuit could come at the expense of their year-end bonuses.
TVNewser did not specify who might be planning to sue.
In the rehearsal video -- which CNN said was leaked by AEG, the promoter of Jackson's planned London shows -- a healthy looking Jackson marches and moves fluidly amid a troupe of dancers and musicians on stage at the Staples Center.
The clip features him singing "They Don't Care About Us," a song from the 1995 album "HIStory," which remains the best-selling double album ever.
