American Idol's Adam Lambert: New Songs, Videos Emerge

American Idol star Adam Lambert continues to thrill crowds around the country on the American Idol tour.

Critic reviews describe Lambert as the standout of the tour, far above winner Kris Allen.

But you don't have to go the Idol tour live to see Lambert and the rest of the American Idol stars. Several new Lambert performances, both post- and pre-Idol, have emerged on YouTube in recent days and weeks.

Lambert delivers a stunning performance (see minute two) of "What's Up," the 4 Non Blondes '90s classic. Performed in a Los Angeles nightclub in front of what appears to be about 50 people, it's remarkable to see Lambert sing the feminist anthem with the same vigor and brilliance that he performed with on the American Idol stage, in front of thousands.

These videos were out on YouTube shortly after Adam's American Idol audition was aired. There were tons of these videos circulating from day 1... I LOVE ADAM

I agree that Adam is a superstar and never should have lost Idol. I have always thought that there needs to be a way to limit votes per phoneline similar to how they do on Dancing With The Stars. However that probably will never happen as long as AT&T is the main sponser of Idol. It would have prevented the block voting used to get Kris declared the winner.Kris is an okay singer and seems to be a nice guy but he never should have won. Everyone in America is getting tired of the best singer NOT winning...remember someone called Daughtry???The only seasons I have watched that I agreed with the winner was for David Cook and Carrie Underwood.

adam lambert is muti-talented,from theater to singing a love song that would have you swooning in you seat, to rocking on stage ,where your standing and screaming wanting more. hes definitely going to be globally famous. he appeals toall ages.he can belt out any genre of music,and you will always remember his performance

Adam is the Superstar! The leader of the Tour. Just can't understand how he lose over a mediocre, low-key singer. ADAM's talent is far beyond compare to the declared winner, even the confidence, the winner doesn't have it. Perhaps he feels how good Adam is.
