Adam Lambert is the one of America's most fascinating people. Yes, the media have illustrated this point all year, ever since Lambert placed 2nd on American Idol. But now the star's allure is official. At least according to Barbara Walters.
The iconic television personality will interview Lambert tonight during her annual special "The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2009." Lambert is among the octogenarian's edgier picks, including Lady Gaga, Sarah Palin and Kate Gosselin.
Lambert apparently made the list after his American Music Awards performance, ousting country crossover singer Taylor Swift.
Susan Boyle, who had the biggest selling album ever for a female artist, is mysteriously missing from the list, fueling speculation that she may be the yet-unrevealed 10th person.
