In a discovery that could hurt the court case of embattled Jon Gosselin, documents have surfaced showing that the "Jon & Kate Plus 8" reality TV star may have violated his contract with TLC.
The documents, obtained by the celebrity news siteRadarOnline, show that Gosselin entered into some sort of a marketing business contract with a group of that included Michael Lohan, father of Hollywood superstar Linsay Lohan.
The agreement also involved Gosselin's new on-off girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, and Gosselin's manager, Mike Heller. However, Heller never signed the document on the advice of his father.
In a nutshell, the agreement called for Lohan to land Gosselin promotional opportunities such as interviews, and was therefore entitled to a percentage of the reality star's earnings, according to the New York Daily News.
Lohan told RadarOnline that he received checks from Heller as a result of the relationship.
