The PFSE joins consumer education efforts of the U.S. Department of Agriculture/Food Safety and Inspection Service, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services/ Food and Drug Administration, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and key consumer, industry associations and health professionals, to educate the public about safe food handling and preparation.
