"Jon & Kate Plus 8" has gone from reality TV hit to real-life courtroom drama.
TLC is suing co-star Jon Gosselin for breach of contract, charging that he has broken agreements by granting exclusive interviews to other shows and given unauthorized disclosures about the show, the LA Times reports.
The suit, filed by TLC lawyers today in Maryland, says Gosselin -- who is going through a bitter divorce with his wife -- was under exclusive contract when he made appearances on shows such as CBS's "Entertainment Tonight" and "The Insider."
The suit also says he has violated his contract by making several non-paying media appearances.
In the meantime, the 2 1/2 year-old show -- which experienced only modest success its first year but exploded this summer when Jon's philandering caught the attention of the media -- has since subtracted Jon's name from the title. His role in the show has been greatly diminished.

No one loves the publicity more than Kate. Her tearful plea that she has no money to pay the bills was nothing more than a water work act. She is an OOCD (out of control diva). I do not believe for one second Jon would leave his children high and dry, as she claims he did. He does have his faults, but you can tell she drove him away with her barking commands and demands.
Stop exploiting the children, I think Jon was dead on by wanting the show stopped, but, Kate is just seeing the dollar signs and lavish life style she desires, at the cost of the welfare of the children.
On another note, get Kate a new mirror, that hair is hideous. She pays to have her hair cut like that??

Ok, I think we all have had enough of these two. Let them alone then let's see how much trouble they BOTH get into. They just want publicity. I really feel sorry for the kids, and the parents must not think to much of them by airing their "dirty laundry" in public. I am just about sick of these two.

Well I think everyone needs to step back and allow jon and kate and this includes T.V. shows all the talk shows should just step back and let them find out what they want to do with the kids the money and even there divorce cause i feel that most of all of there problems is caused from alot of all the T.V. shows that has asked them to come on and when they don't want to come on everyone says they have something to hide... and also if we all would step back and let them leave there lifes who knows they might get back together and change for the better so please to all that reads this please please step back... thank you all and jon and kate no matter what has happened or what will happened i still love ya both and your kids and god will be with ya all......
