California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is flexing his muscle this time involving the California First Lady, Maria Shriver.

TMZ posted photos of Shriver driving in her Cadillac Escalade while talking on her cell phone, which is illegal in California, unless one uses a hands-free device.

Schwarzenegger, tongue-in-cheek, on his Twitter page said he would take "swift action" to resolve the problem. So far, there's been no comment from the First Lady.
