USC Law School has reflected the diversity of California since its inception more than 100 years ago. USC Law is also proud to be identified as having the most diverse student body among the country's elite law schools. Hispanic students hold leadership positions in a wide range of student organizations, including the Student Bar Association, University of Southern California Law Review and the Public Interest Law Foundation. The La Raza Law Student Association, one of our most active student groups, sponsors lectures, social events and mentoring programs for Hispanic students. La Raza also works to build relationships between current students and Hispanic alumni, many of whom are leaders within the community and legal profession. Thanks in large part to the active participation of minority alumni and student groups, all USC law students benefit from a learning environment that values diversity, emphasizes self-expression and self-examination, and encourages the perspectives, ideas and experiences of all students.
