Zubi Launches Holiday Campaign for American

CORAL GABLES, Fla. -- Zubi Advertising, a full-service and independently owned U.S. Hispanic Agency, has launched an integrated Hispanic advertising campaign for American Airlines to reach Latino travelers. As an evolution of the American Airlines classic campaign "We Know Why you Fly," the brand's main goal is to reach Latinos this travel season knowing that they travel abroad to visit their families and friends for the holidays. The campaign features, radio, online, out-of-home and TV, which will air in major Spanish-language networks, such as Univision, Telemundo and Telefutura.

The campaign, with the headline message: "No importa cual sea tu destino, nosotros te llevamos" or "It doesn't matter what your destiny is, we will take you there" will run through early 2008 in top Hispanic markets for American Airlines including Dallas-Fort Worth, Chicago, New York and Miami and with sponsorships in events such as 'Premio de la Radio' and the 'Rose Bowl Parade' in Los Angeles.

A highlight of the campaign is the 30-second TV spot, which consists of a series of vignettes that represent different moments in people's lives and dramatizes the idea that everyone has a specific "destino"—a play on words that means both destination and destiny—that can be reached with the help of American Airlines.
