CALIFORNIA police have issued an Amber Alert for: Child: Ernesto Ozuna Age: 13 Hispanic Male, 4' 6" 70 pounds
Further Description: Light brown complexion, black - shaved hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black beanie, puffy black raiders jacket, black pants, belt from Mexico and black shoes.
Suspect: Police are looking for Jose Ozuna, 38 yrs., Hispanic male, 5'7", 160 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. The suspect has numerous tattoos. One of which is "Brianda" on his upper left arm. The suspect has priors for domestic abuse and child abduction and has no custodial rights to the child.
The suspect vehicle is a 1991 Toyota Camry, tan, California plates 3KVW243 with a severely damaged windshield. Police believe they may be en route to Boise, Idaho; Phoenix, Arizona; or Mexico.
